Hello, Iām Jen
I fell in love with yoga so many times but was never fully committed, that is until I REALLY found it again. After a few years of not practicing and at a particularly difficult period in my life, I knew this time, I was hooked. I was reminded pretty quickly that yoga could be fun, challenging and so beneficial in so many ways. It is strangely addictive and I knew I wanted to delve deeper.
Nervously signing up for my Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 has become one of the best decisions I have ever made. My training took me to the magical island of Bali where I completed my first of two intensive modules, I then completed my second module and my examinations, shortly after, back here in Scotland.
Since qualifying I have been proudly sharing and guiding yoga to a wide variety of clients and I am grateful every day that I have the ability and passion to do so.
For me, yoga is an extremely holistic practice and I strongly believe in the importance of connection and focus on mind and body as well as the physical movement. Spreading the FUN, love and goodness of yoga for mind, body & spirit is nothing short of a dream come true.
I chose to train and teach in Vinyasa Flow Yoga as I love the seamless, dynamic style that is created in sessions. When planning and teaching my classes I always look to develop postures and movement as well as adding elements of playfulness, creativity and fun. My teaching has progressed over the years to now enjoy the teachings of slower yin practices, explore and share breathwork and offer sessions that truly bring calm amongst the chaos of life.
